Atomic Interactive hired Nick as our Support Lead because he is the epitome of a hybrid employee. He graduated from the School of Advertising Art for design, has been doing photography for close to a decade, and has previous customer service and communication experience. After asking Nick to do a photo-shoot for one of our clients, we realized we needed to bring him on board. Nick jumped on the opportunity to be more involved creatively and in ways that he could use his customer service experience.
We didn’t only bring in Nick to handle our photography and videography, but to be our support specialist as well. This consists of being the direct point of contact for our clients. When a project goes live, Nick is the one who ensures it continues to go smoothly. He helps customers in case a problem arises or if they have any questions. Nick creates tickets for clients and sends them to the developers to make sure any technical problem is dealt with in a timely manner.
